Suburb Profile

What a location! Cottage Point is in middle of the Ku-ring-gai Chase National Park. I enjoyed being there as much as doing photography. Cottage Point is one of the northern Sydney suburbs, New South Wales, Australia. It is 38 kilometres to the north of the Sydney central business district, and it is a part of the government area of Northern Beaches Council.

Drive to the Cottage Point via Liberator General San Martin Drive and then Cottage Point Road. The population is just about 100 people, and it contains no more than 50 houses. Cottage Point has a few inns and holiday rentals and is surely a great getaway.

Property

The house is fantastic and filled with peace and beauty, a place, separated from the hustle by 10 km of the National Park while being only 35 minutes drive from the city centre. The private inclinator is an excellent start for the getaway. Another thing adding to the atmosphere is a private deep water jetty with the boat we used for the exterior photos. The natural surrounds offer sunset views from the deck, and it looked like a great place to spend some time.

The house consists of 6 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, two entertaining decks with water views, kitchen, large lounge and dining areas and an open fireplace. The access is via an inclinator, stairs or boat.

Northern Beaches Real Estate Photography

Being located in the middle of the national park, the Cottage Point suburb is still a part of the Northen Beaches Council and thus, a part of Sydney. The suburb itself is rather small but promising with all the amenities and potential sale prices.
