About Gold Coast Photographer Anton Gorlin

Anton Gorlin Bio

Greetings, I’m Anton Gorlin. I’m an Australian landscape photographer and a real estate photographer in Gold Coast. I run a successful Gold Coast real estate photography company with multiple agents, builders, designers as clients. I love helping owners, agents and creatives showcasing the properties in the best way and light. The techniques I use are HDR photography and so-called flambient photography, which work equally good in different scenarios.

With over 9 years of experience in real estate photography (since 2011) I have worked in various environments ranging from hostels and studio bungalows to multi-million luxury coastal properties and hotels.

Typically, I provide a super-fast turnaround of fewer than 12 hours in total for the photos delivery, 24 hours for the floor plans delivery and 48 hours for the virtual staging delivery.

The overall list of services includes:

  1. Property photography
  2. Floor plans
  3. Virtual staging (virtual furniture)
  4. Slideshow
  5. Aerial photography
  6. Elevated photography
  7. Headshots
  8. Twilights

Artist Statement

Welcome to my site. I hope you enjoy viewing the photos as much as I enjoy creating them. Photography is the way to express myself, to develop my vision and to deliver it to the viewer. I invite you to explore, feel and dream with me, through my lens and perception. Every time during the photo creation process, I keep asking myself – what is the reality? Does it even exist? I believe we, as human beings, can only see a filtered reality, our own little world. Every small world is beautiful in something, is perfect to some extent. And so my art is a way to share a bit of my world with you. As a Gold Coast photographer, I share mostly Australian landscape photos in my art projects.

Photography Editing

This topic is highly debated among both photographers and viewers. Nothing is set in stone and never will. So what I say here is my own opinion and perception. It may change one day, it may even become the opposite, but now it is like this.

Photographers had always edited photos. Previously it was a darkroom; now it is digital. I reckon a camera is merely a tool. No tool is perfect. Period.

When I feel creativity or inspiration something as if descends upon me. Maybe it’s the God; perhaps it’s the Universe, it doesn’t matter. I see some pictures or images with my internal sight and then try to capture what I saw as best as I can. Sometimes it works out; sometimes it does not. Camera, as a physical device, has its limitations. My vision and imaginations have no limits. My eyes are also devices but crafted much better than the camera. Therefore, I entrust the implementation of the idea to the most advanced equipment of all available – imagination.

Photography editing is another level of art an artist can perform to fine-tune, to create and to express himself. As long as the final product evokes emotions, it’s successful.

All of my images are edited. Most of them are close to reality as I saw it.
