Thirroul is a northern coastal suburb of Wollongong, Australia. It is located between Austinmer and Bulli suburbs, and is around 13 kilometres north of Wollongong, and nearly 69 km south of Sydney.Â

Thirroul demographics show that the majority of its residents (around 80%) were born in Australia and the average household income ($1947) is much higher than Wollongong average ($1339). Another convenient fact about the area is public transport – Thirroul has its own railway station, which is an important link station between Sydney and Wollongong.
This area has several natural attractions, attracting both tourists and locals to the area. One is Thirroul Beach, which is 1km long and it is patrolled during the summer months (September to April) by the local SLC. The other one is the mountain, great for hiking.
The town is full of cafes and doesn’t have the buzz of Wollongong or Sydney. It is a perfect getaway without going hundreds of kilometres away.

The house shown below is newly built, features a pool and all modern amenities including airbeds, smart home controls and the proximity to the beach. The modern minimalistic style is what I enjoy photographing the most for its clarity. The clients have also ordered twilight real estate photography and it was worth it as these evening lights show any property in the best light (pun intended).
